The April 2022 Exhibit at the Cecil County Arts Council features a companion open show of works in the theme of “The World Around Us” alongside the main show “Observations” featuring Heather Reese (Photography) & Mrs. Rowe’s Local Artwork. This exhibit is for CCAC Members and Non-Members. The Opening Reception is on April 1, 2022 from 5-8pm at the Cecil County Arts Council. There will be live music and refreshments. All are welcome!
